Alishan Lingerie Refund Policy
Please read the following carefully
RETURN :
1. In case of any defect, No return accepted after 15 days of delivery
REFUND: For Duplicate payment
A 100% Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by C
Refund in cases of ‘Unavailability of Service’
A 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or we are not able to provide the product in perpetuity. Refund to be processed within 7-10 Days after the approval from authorized personnel of Wonkey. The refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
General Refund Policy
To claim a refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
Drop an email to: info@alishanlingerie.com with the subject
“Amount Refund | ***Registered Mobile Number***”.
(Please do not forget to provide the registered mobile number in the email subject)
Give a valid reason for the refund. [for our internal purpose only]
Please mention the amount you paid and the product you purchased.
Refund amount calculation:
a. 100% refund is provided if Alishan Lingeriefails to provide products you purchased from its online store.
b. Refunds for any other reason are subject to management approval. The refund approval is at Alishan Lingerie management’s discretion.
5. Refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the ‘refund email’, once the management approves the request.
